Responsibilities of Service Coordinator:
Answer and direct all incoming calls Manage all aspects of the scheduling operations Retrieve paperwork for field staff on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Update and manage the database at consistent intervals Coordinate verification operations with field staff Download and distribute the necessary documents Assist the operations manager with identifying and implementing new scheduling and work-tracking software programs Coordinate the actions of the office staff, field supervisors, and field installers Performs other tasks as they are assigned Requirements of Service Coordinator:
2-3 years of previous customer service experience Previous experience as Administrative Assistant preferred Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Programs Ability to multi-task Strong Customer service skills Great communication and phone skills Hours:

00 pm Monday-Friday Pay Rate:
