We are currently looking for a Medical Assistant to join our expanding team.
Candidates must have flexible availability and be able to work 32-40 hours per week.
Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
assisting with Spravato services, taking vital signs when needed, greeting patients, front desk check-in process, answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing medical records requests, filing, faxing and scanning of patient records and working with outside facilities to meet the needs of our patients.
Qualifications and Skills Certified Medical Assistant (Required) One year of experience in an administrative support role (Preferred) Applicants must demonstrate a pleasant and professional work ethic, outstanding organizational skills, keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks on a daily basis.
