Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not required as company will train the right person.
Must have excellent communication/presentation skills, have strong computer skills, have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Successful candidate will display a strong attention to detail with the ability to focus on the task at hand and identify and assess customer needs and resolve issues quickly and independently.
