Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Stone Sales Specialist to join our team.
As a Stone Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our premium stone products to both residential and commercial clients.
Your expertise in stone materials, knowledge of the industry, and exceptional sales skills will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our extensive range of stone products, including granite, marble, quartz, and other natural and engineered stones.
Sales Generation:
Proactively engage with potential customers, including contractors, architects, designers, and homeowners to promote our stone products and generate sales leads.
Customer Consultation:
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on selecting the most suitable stone materials based on their design preferences, budget, and functional requirements for kitchen and bathroom installations.
Quotation and Pricing:
Prepare accurate and competitive price quotes, considering factors such as stone selection, measurements, fabrication, installation, and additional services, ensuring profitability for the company.
Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry professionals, and suppliers to enhance customer loyalty and generate referrals.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with our elite team, including project managers, designers, and fabricators, to ensure smooth project execution from initial consultation to final installation.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' products, and pricing to effectively position our stone products in the market and identify new business opportunities.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate sales records, including customer information, leads, sales activities, and provide regular reports to management.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Sales experience in the kitchen and bathroom industry, with a focus on stone products.
Prior experience in a showroom or stone fabrication company is highly desirable.
Product Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of various stone materials, including their characteristics, applications, and maintenance requirements is preferred.
Sales Skills:
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are essential.
Customer-Focused:
Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building long-term relationships.
Ability to understand customers' needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Industry Awareness:
Familiarity with current kitchen and bathroom design trends, market competition, and pricing strategies within the stone industry.
Technical Aptitude:
Proficiency in using sales software and Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of CAD software for basic kitchen and bathroom layouts is a plus.
Organization and Time Management:
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of leads and projects simultaneously.
