They are seeking a Billing Specialist to join our team, responsible for generating, processing, and monitoring outgoing invoices.
The role involves corresponding with customers via phone and email about specific invoices and reports directly to the Controller.

onsite at the office in Norwood, MA Salary:
$24-$26/hour

Process the billing of multiple corporately billed clients Generate, post, and update daily invoices Calculate additional charges or shipping dates and enter data into the system Flag pricing, promotion, or credit issues and verify orders for authenticity Verify discrepancies in clients' billing issues, ensuring invoices are complete and accurate Facilitate processing of invoices due by sending bills and contacting clients Resolve customer account discrepancies, including invalid invoices Requirements:
Basic knowledge of revenue cycle and/or business office procedures Proficient in MS Office suite, QuickBooks, and associated spreadsheets High level of customer service, accuracy, and attention to detail Attention to detail, good organizational skills, ability to meet priorities within set timeframes
