As the User Experience (UX) Analyst you will be responsible for managing key user experiences for effective and efficient engagement on a variety of client and customer platforms and websites for the organization.
The sites are focused on consumer engagement and the position will ideally help optimize the experience for the consumer.
Essential Functions:
o Monitors key user experiences for effective and efficient engagement, to include, but not limited to consumer facing websites, apps, IVR (voice) systems, SMS and email messaging campaigns.
o Identifies and understands the UI business goals, user needs and technical constraints and relays them to the business.
o Reports on engagement trends and usage flows.
o Makes recommendations to senior leadership, based on results/trends identified in data analysis.
o Collaborates with Software development team to brainstorm solutions, through SDLC, from mock up through deployment, to ensure that solution is aligned with business goals and design intent.
o Prepares and maintains visual aids (workflows, journey maps, etc.
) to synthesize and communicate (and document) research findings.
Qualifications:
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in User Experience design and/or Interaction is required, along with experience dealing directly with clients.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in analyzing digital data and Google Analytics or GA4 is required.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience with prototyping tools for sample static design recommendations such as Adobe XD, Figma and Sketch.
Experience with SQL and navigating databases to extract relevant data.
Formal training or education in human behavior, such as psychology or sociology.
Familiar with WCAG Guidelines.
Possesses excellent communication skills with the ability to address both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to maintain a predictable and consistent fulltime work schedule.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, graphic design, UI design or web programming or equivalent experience required.
Recommended Skills Adobe Communication Creativity Curiosity Customer Satisfaction Data Analysis Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
