The following are the primary responsibilities of this position:
Welcoming patients in person or on the phone.
Scheduling appointments.
Keeping the office on schedule by reporting patient arrivals and delays.
Obtaining and updating patients' medical and financial records.
Upholding office policies by following procedures.
We strongly prefer individuals with the following skills and
Experience:
Experience as a front desk receptionist.
Hospitality and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and maintain organization.
The hours are as follows:
Some Mondays:
9am-5 pm.
Tuesdays:
8:
30 am - 5 pm.
Wednesdays:
8:
30 am-5 pm.
Fridays 8:
30 am-5 pm.
