Once fully trained, will also work on candy production independently as well in a team setting.
Skills, Competencies and Abilities -Ability to perform large volume cooking and experience with industrial cooking equipment is preferred.
-Physically able to stand for a duration of shift and lift heavy materials (50
pounds).
-Possess strong time management skills -Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as a part of a team.
-Excellent attention to detail -Must possess a positive, can-do attitude and take pride in your work.
Education and Experience -Previous training in confection, bakery or pastry is preferred but not required.
-ServSafe and Allergen Awareness certification is also a plus but not required.
