Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Associate Director to join our organization.
As the Associate Director, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing programs for individuals with developmental disabilities.
You will work closely with staff, clients, and stakeholders to ensure the highest level of care and support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of professionals in providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities - Develop and implement program policies and procedures - Oversee program budgets and ensure financial resources are allocated appropriately - Collaborate with community partners to enhance program effectiveness - Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders - Provide leadership and guidance to staff in delivering quality services - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards - Monitor program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement
Experience:
8-10
years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry with at least 3 years of experience is supply chain.
Hands on experience with an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Infor, Epicor, etc.
) Proven ability to navigate a matrix organization structure to influence without direct reporting relationships.
Good influencing, negotiation, and relationship management skills, and ability to thrive at a high level in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to manage multiple products at once with a curious mindset that allows you to constantly learn and challenge the status quo.
