Responsibilities:
The Director of Talent Management is one of the most senior HR positions in the company, reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of HR. This position is part of the HR Leadership Team that sets the strategic direction for HR policies in the company.
This position is responsible for all aspects of Talent Management within Analog Devices, including Talent Acquisition and Leadership & Organization Development. This position leads a global team of HR professionals that enable these critical functions for Analog Devices. Areas of focus include:
Talent Acquisition: developing a workforce planning process that predicts the skill requirements for the company, and building a staffing capability that ensures we have the pipeline of talent (including that added through acquisitions) needed to meet the current and future needs of the business. This includes the ability to understand trends in recruitment and sourcing, implement best practices, as well as develop metrics to measure Talent Acquisitions effectiveness.
Leadership/Organization Development: designing and implementing programs that assess our leadership talent and ensure we have provided the development opportunities (including leadership training) that will enable current and future generations to effectively lead ADI for years to come. This includes the ability to assess, design, deliver and evaluate learning in a high-tech environment while effectively managing the cultural, political and language nuances of our geographically diverse population. Leading and evolving our Success Planning and Talent Review processes in support of these objectives is also essential.
Qualifications
Experience working in a large (>$1B), high-tech (or tech-related), multi-national company.
At least 10 years of multi-discipline HR leadership, with experience in both the Talent Acquisition and Leadership Development domains.
At least 5 years experience leading a staffing/talent acquisition function on a global scale
At least 5 years experience facilitating the succession planning in a large organization
At least 5 years overseeing a Workforce Planning strategy in a large organization
At least 5 years experience developing leaders (Executive -> Director-level) in a large organization.
Competence in designing workforce planning processes and recruitment strategies
Competence in assessment, design, delivery and evaluation of leadership programs
Competence in oral, written and electronic communications.
Competence in data analysis/project management, and influencing key stakeholders.
Competence in effectively managing and improving individual and group performance.
Experience in developing diversity and inclusion initiatives in Talent Acquisition and/or Leadership Development
Experience in change management
EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree or higher, preferably with a concentration in Human Resource Management

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
