Analog Devices is a world leader in the design, manufacture, and marketing of a broad portfolio of high performance analog, mixed-signal, and digital signal processing ICs. The Customer Solutions Enablement (CSE) organization plays a central and vital role in planning, producing, and delivering complete solutions to deploy ADIs technologies to a global customer base.
This highly-visible position will work with select ADI business units to identify and define beyond silicon solutions to key customer problems. These solutions could encompass a combination of hardware, software, partner ecosystems, tools and models. This position requires tremendous collaboration with stakeholders across the company - in the business units, corporate marketing, CSE and field, in addition to external relationships.
The successful candidate will work internally with stakeholders and externally with partners to define strategically aligned solution roadmaps, specify optimum individual solution definitions and deliverables, and be an evangelist for solution level mindset within ADI.
Key responsibilities:
Identify strategically aligned solution focus areas in consultation with BUs, distribution channel marketing and ADI partners, driving development of a solution level roadmap for select ADI BUs
Conduct individual solution feasibility study (technical, customer value proposition and business case) for identified solution focus areas, together with internal stakeholders and partners
Cooperate with corporate marketing and distribution channel to align solution deliverables with outbound launch and go-to-market programs
Set and monitor individual solution success metrics; refine solution level strategies and tactics as necessary
Advise on industry and competitive trends that could influence direction of ADI best practice solution development frameworks and technical implementation guidelines
Report on solution roadmaps, strategies and effectiveness to senior management
BSEE or equivalent
8+ years experience in semiconductor industry, preferably in a technical marketing or applications role
Comprehensive knowledge of certain technology categories a must, for example:
RF, Microwave and Millimeter Wave Technologies, integrated RF transceivers, wireless network signal chain components
Exposure to semiconductor customer design in support preferred, in communications and industrial or markets for example.
Familiarity with semiconductor customer hardware/software evaluation and prototyping development ecosystems preferred, particularly in the RF, Microwave and Millimeter Wave technology
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Demonstrated track record of success in:
Working and aligning with multiple stakeholders across complex, large organizations;
Collaborating with a global mindset and cross-cultural competence
Applying personal drive, initiative and passion in advocating for key initiatives, generating excitement, energy and collaboration within and beyond own organization

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
