IoT Ecosystem Intern

The Cloud Software Engineering Intern will be a member of the IoT Ecosystem team and will be assigned a mentor to work on various software, cloud and potentially some hardware projects. The IoT Ecosystem team is chartered with developing the core technologies needed to enable ADI to build complete sensor to cloud systems for our customers. The IoT Ecosystem team is a small dynamic team, located in both Norwood MA and Cambridge MA. We looking for enthusistic interns to join us this summer. We take a lean startup, fail fast and learn approach to our work and promise an exciting opportunity this summer.
Tasks include:
Building applications on our AD Connect Cloud platform.
Building micro services on AWS Cloud Platform.
Assist in developing test / validation procedures for cloud services.
Assist in defining security architecture in sensor to cloud systems.
Assist in building a secure edge wireless sensor network system.
Python / JavaScript/Node code development for cloud applications and potentially C code development for hardware network edge devices.
Qualifications
Working toward a BS/ MS program in EE, CE or ECE with student status.
Proficiency in C/C++, Python and JavaScript Programming.
Software debugging skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum of 4 month availability.
One or more of the following skills is desirable but not required:
An understanding of cloud services.
Experience with cybersecurity topics.
Familiarity with software development practices such as revision control, regression testing, and coding standards.
Familiarity with ARM Cortex processors.
Hardware debugging skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
