Job
Summary:
The Registered Nurse, as a professional practitioner of nursing, implements the Nursing Process, demonstrates advanced skills and techniques, demonstrates leadership skills in unit management, and assumes responsibility and accountability for professional behavior and practice. Collaborates with other health care members in providing care.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Current RN licensure in Massachusetts.
Documentation of ongoing continuing education and presence at mandatory programs.
BLS Certification Required
Labor and Delivery or Neo Natal Nursing Experience required.
ACLS Certification Preferred
NRP Required
Per-Diem Commitment:
All Per-Diem Nurse positions are required to work atleast:
32 Hours per 4 week schedule
2 Weekend shifts in each 4 week schedule
1 Summer Holiday per calendar year (Memorial Day, Independence Day, or Labor Day)
1 Winter Holiday per calendar year (Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year's)
